I am on my way to see my mom for mother’s day. I am so blessed to have one of the best moms. She is very motherly, always worrying about us kids. Sometimes it drives us nuts, but I think that is pretty normal. It is quite common for mom to buy something for us just because. She is thoughtful like that. Momma always puts other people’s needs and wants ahead of her own. I really admire her for that. I hope that I can be at least half of the mom she has been (and continues to be) to me.
